We ship worldwide. Orders are dispatched from the fulfilment centre closest to your location to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Late or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking link and allow an additional 2–3 business days for any carrier delays. If your order still hasn't arrived, contact us at hello@thelumilabs.co and we'll get it sorted.


Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@thelumilabs.co within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll arrange a replacement straight away.
